Description
Running latest composer release, trying to authenticate with the password written to SetupPassword.txt I get the following error
#2003: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)
From the screenshot [1] you can see that it tries to connect to the database and authenticate with the security account table and not the filebasedprovider
