Configuration to automatically reload the page if a new content element is added

Description
It would be great if the page could be automatically reloaded after a new content element is added to a contentCollection. This should be configurable in NodeTypes.yaml exactly like "reloadIfChanged: TRUE" for properties but for childNodes.
My use case:
I've created a nice slider element that uses the content elements of a content collection as slides. The indicators and transitions are based on the number of elements. After a (currently manually) page reload, all slides are perfectly in place.
