Make node label configurable

Description
Right now the label in the node tree is either fetched from a property called "title" or "text". See Domain/Model/DefaultNodeLabelGenerator.php
Please make this configurable via the NodeType configuration. "Title" or "Text" does not always appropriate and it can cause some confusion.
I will try to provide a patch within the next days.
