Wrong dokumentation for FLOW3.yaml setting

Description

Here is written that you have to add the following line into FLOW3.yaml file:

http://flow3.typo3.org/documentation/tutorials/getting-started/gettingstarted.configuration/

utility: environment: temporaryDirectoryBase: 'C:/tmp/'

in the latest version alpha 7 this file does not exist and the setting MUST be done in Settings.yaml. i created the file FLOW3.yaml and tried it with this one but that does not affect anything.

Also the syntax is wrong. it should be:
FLOW3:
utility:
environment:
temporaryDirectoryBase: 'C:/tmp/'
