Description

For now we just have the Content Module which is layouted by default (ExtJS rendering). Other modules might need a forced doLayout of the content area on changing the module. Eg. Management View will be broken without because sizes don't get updated correctly.

[+BUGFIX] TYPO3 (Backend): Modules need layout updated on activation

Fixes a JS problem where backend modules won't have their layout updated on
activation. That causes more complex constructions to break and not display
correctly. The change calls an explicit doLayout upon changing the module.
