on page http://flow3.typo3.org/documentation/tutorials/getting-started/gettingstarted.requirements/
there's a link "setup guides for the most popular platforms" pointing to
http://flow3.typo3.org/documentation/reference/flow3.installingphp53/
what tells, that the parent page-name "reference" isn't there anymore.
