backend.php does not check for a valid session yet

Description
When opening Opera or Firefox and having them set to continue with the last page that was open it seems that backend.php does not check for a valid session and at least renders the scaffolding, the toolbar, and the module menu. See screenshot. We now need to add means to prevent this.

in fact backend.php does check for a session, seems I wa trcked by the browser's cache
