It seems to me as if this could be an core issue because the described error is in one of the compressed rte js scripts.
Please just delete or move this report if i am totaly wrong by placing it here.

Ok. It has nothing to do with Sections. It is clearly the RTE. I have completely replaced all RTE-fields with normal textfields an everything works fine again.
But this is no solution for this. i am yet not sure if this problem has something todo with the core, the rte itself or only tempalvoila. So please move this issue to the right place if it is not.

Is this issue still valid? If yes, what exactly is the problem? Could you provide some example setup to reproduce?

Resolved, no change required after a month without feedback.
