RTE doesn't load when using more than 1 section in TV

Description
Did the changes from 0008232 go into core? It didn't work for 4.2.2, but it was supposed to be fixed for 4.2.3, but with that version I also had to use the patches.
Now I have upgraded to 4.2.4 because of the security issues, and this upgrade prevents the RTE's in my second FCE section from loading. The errors aren't the same, as in the previous bug, and it might not even be related.
RTE's in the first section loads correctly, but in the second section it just shows the loading messages. Does someone have a patch for this problem?

How come? It worked brilliantly for 4.2.2 with the patch you and Dmitry provided in 0008232. It worked well for 4.2.3 also.
Now I'm on 4.2.5 and I haven't tried the patch, but it looks to me that the files have been edited since, and therefore I haven't tried it.
I just wonder why a working patch never reached core, did it disturb other parts of the code?

Please try attached patch (applicable against 4.2.6) pending in core list.

I've applied the patch manually to TYPO3 4.2.6 and it works.

The patch 10203 did not work for me. In 4.2.[4-6], RTE does not display, but keeps waiting without starting.

@Bernd: did you use the patch tool? For 4.2.6 it won't work because the line numbers are not correct. I used a text editor and patched the files step by step.

I checked all patch regions - the patch tool worked correctly. All elements were correctly replaced in spite of the wrong line numbers (linux patch). Nevertheless the RTE does not work. So it must be fixed on another level.
