Description
In User Settings you can still choose between different kinds of navigation modes. "Selectorbox in top frame" and "Icons in top frame" are non-functional. It is best to remove the whole "Select navigation mode".

Hey Ben,
thanks for spotting this. I think we need to remove the whole alt_main.php backend file as soon as possible. This would be part of it.

This is part of #22701, which finally aims to remove the old BE completely.
