Links are not styled - looks like they were forgotten

Description
Open a page in the Install Tool and watch out for links (e.g. "Compare" in the Database Analyser).
The links are just plain blue and become purple when clicked.
That does not look nice; it seems like the styles were forgotten.
The links in the menu on the left are styled nicely.

Resolved, no change required.
This has been fixed with #22826 in rev. 7889.
