Description

When using PHPUnit 3.6 to run the unit tests, some tests fail. Partly this is caused by new restrictions in PHPUnit (one must no longer expect the generic Exception class) partly the more strict behavior of PHPUnit uncovers real bugs in the tests. Affected are tests in FLOW3 and Fluid.
