Implement error handling for "Publish Page" button

Description
In case the publishing of a page does not work, no error is shown to the user.
Also the button is always disabled when pressed, so it the XHR request is stopped is not possible to try again without a page refresh. This should work with the response state of the XHR request/error handling..
