Description
The NotEmpty validator has a special meaning as it is executed for empty values (NULL or '') too. "NotEmpty" is a bit misleading and I would suggest to rename that to "Required".
For compatibility reasons the NotEmpty validator should be kept as subclass with @obsolete annotation.
