Cross site linking using the link/uri view helpers

Description
At the moment it's not possible to link to a node from a another site than the current content context's root node. It throws an exception since no routepart handlers are capable of resolving the route.
The solution is a combination of rewriting the check in the NodeRoutePartHandler's resolveValue method, where it checks if the site node paths match and a way of setting an alternative absolute uri for the uri builder in FLOW3.
