Description

Hi;

I noticed a missing piece of JavaScript in current master.

RequireJS tries to get jquery.notice.js; but this is not existent. In Chrome 23, this stops the Backend from initializing correct.

Fix:
Get the file from [[http://code.google.com/p/jquery-notice/source/browse/trunk/jquery.notice.js]] and put it in the TYPO3.TYPO3 Resources / Public / JavaScript folder..

It would be great, if you could fix this fast, as it is a fairly simple one.

Maybe there was a reason for removing it?
