Description
After the discussion on the mailing list, we agreed to rename the "PackageInfo.xml" file in the "Meta" directory to "Package.xml".

Associated revisions
Globally renamed the PackageInfo.xml files to Package.xml and updated the FLOW3 code accordingly. Resolves #409.
