Description
The "name (url)" field of a page is not checking if the name already exists. When adding a page and changing the name (url) field to "home", the page is not editable anymore. When switching to wireframe mode (and back) the page is editable again.
The frontend shows:

The behaviour changed during the time, so now I get an ExtJs-Error but nevertheless an Exception occures:
ExtDirect error: Uncaught exception #1292503470 (ref 201311221658116fd09d) - Node with path "home" already exists.
This happened when I tried to drag nodes with similar names up and down the nodetree.
