Broken paginator widget - explicit definition of action-argument is required

Description
Some changes in TYPO3.Flow and the UriBuilder require to explicitly define an action when building an Uri. The paginator widget hasn't been modified to this new requirement and fails to work like before. The error message looks like this:
TYPO3_Fluid_ViewHelpers_Widget_LinkViewHelper_Original.php: The URI Builder could not build a URI linking to an action controller because no action name was specified. Please check the stack trace to see which code or template was requesting the link and check the arguments passed to the URI Builder.
