Make Exception more meaningful

Description
When requiring a resource with the resource:// protocol and the Resource Folder appears in the Path the Exception should mention that the Resource folder should be removed from path or the path should be resolved without "Resource" in it again.
Now only an exception is thrown stating that the resource could not be found and for new users this is not really obvious why.
