Description
The documentation of options.clearCache.clearRTECache needs an update and options.clearCache.clearLangCache needs to be added.
It seems like options.clearCache.clearRTECache was removed. Instead this option is now called options.clearCache.clearLangCache. See #39103. (Also see here, slide 28)
Check if the property options.clearCache.clearRTECache is still used at other places or if it really was removed everywhere.

This issue is obsolete if #52312 is merged.
Instead, option options.clearCache.clearRTECache documentation should be marked as removed, it is obsolete and unused.

I can confirm that "clearLangCache" does not need to be added, since it was removed again.
As for "clearCacheRTE", it was removed in TYPO3 CMS 4.7. This should be mentioned in the manual.
