Description
If you cut and paste a node from one section to another the create/delete/copy/etc. options disappear.

I can confirm that with Alpha 6:
Cut a node on the page Features from one block and paste into another column. The node could be moved back again after that (also a reload doesn't help here). There was an exception (Ext Direct) that a node with that name already exists. But I wasn't able to reproduce it the same way after that.
