Shortcuts not respected correctly on user workspace

Description
NodeStructure Example:
site/mysite/de [Shortcut to first Childnode]
site/mysite/de/homepage
site/mysite/en [Shortcut to first Childnode]
site/mysite/en/homepage
Now do this:
1. selecting the node site/mysite/de/homepage
2. selecting the node site/mysite/en/homepage
3. selecting the node site/mysite/de/homepage
error: step 3 shows the english site :(
If i click the shortcut itself and the message on the page "This is a shortcut to the first child page.
Click here to continue to the page." seems to solve this problem.

Can not be reproduced in Neos 1.1.
