Error in console when selecting in-line-editable content in preview mode

Description

How to reproduce:

  • edit text
  • go to preview mode
  • then click another content element

Our guess is that the automatic CreateJS.disableEdit() in controller.js does not fully work,
and does not unregister all event handlers. We might try to update Create.js and this could
fix the problem.
