Description
Instead of the current page loader that adds a white overlay layer with a spinner we want to have a more subtle loader. The loader is inspired by the loader in iOS7 safari and should behave like that one. This loader loads a little bit in the beginning, then proceeds slowly forwards and when the page is loaded it quickly fills out the remaining space. We need to see if we can see how far the AJAX request is and if that's not possible, we should have a default time that works for most cases and if it reaches the end it will start over.
The loader is only shown when loading a page and should disappear when the page is loaded

[FEATURE] Loading indicator
Introduces a new concept for a page loading indicator removing
the overlay with the spinner and replaces it with a more subtle
approach with a small loading bar placed under the context bar.
