Description
When setting up a new installation and follow the instructions from the website you probably run into an internal server error.
I'm not entirely sure what causes the problem, but it's very likely either a missing Settings.yaml or wrong file permissions.
The error states that the argument "partial" was not registered.

Could not be reproduced in Version 1.1.
