rename Name(URL) is not working properly

Description
Hallo,
in the page Inspector when i change the Name(URL) and press "Apply"
the "Publish" button displays a incorrect sum.
For example in the TYPO3 Neos Demo Site:
Change the Name(Url) from the page "Multi columns" from "multiple-columns" to "multiple-columns12",
the publish button shows (26) and the "Publish all" shows (28).
When I press the button "Publish(26)" the following error is displayed:
"Server communication error, reload the page to return to a safe state if another publish does not work"
"ExtDirect error: Uncaught exception #0 - A detached entity was found during removed TYPO3\TYPO3CR\Domain\Model\NodeData@0000000009d63df6000000004d7e9473"

etc ...
But if I press the button "Publish all(28)", then it works without problems;
or I press the button "Publish(10)" again.

Interesting, we will try to reproduce that. I have an idea why it could happen but need to try first.
