Setting a filter to "Page" for navigation viewport raises error

Description
When applying a filter for "Page" to the navigation viewport
- an error message is displayed
- an endlessly spinning circular icon appears
- the Publish button turns orange
The tree view in navigation viewport did only contain pages before that.

Can't reproduce this under Neos 1.1.2
