Description
When trying to activate DBAL from Extension Manager, a fatal occurs:
Fatal error: Interface 'Psr\Log\LoggerInterface' not found in /path/to/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Log/Logger.php on line 36

Trying twice (once for loading adodb, second for dbal) and reloading EM shows that in fact, dbal was loaded anyway.
