Description
All template resources (css, js...) are included with baseurl including "http://" which will result in an "insecure content" error.
Fix could be to include all resources without baseurl and/or without "http:"

i guess this problem does not appear if you use neos with https all the time. we switch to https running on live-web that's why we have to deal with this it.

do you have some reverse proxy in front of your installation? Usually HTTPS works just fine...
Do you use the (deprecated) f:base ViewHelper?
