Description
It would be pretty helpful if we could define allowed environment constants to be included into Flow.
This way it could be used in configuration
e.g.
FLOW_ADDITIONAL_CONSTANTS=MY_CONSTANTS_1,APPLICATION_VALUE_2,..
Patch will follow and be commited to Master

Can't set "has patch". Please fix.
