Hi,
I get this bug when installing on Windows 7 or 8 using Xampp (latest version with php 5.5)
In Settings.yaml I specified the exact location of the php.exe
and the hostname. Without specifying the php.exe location I get another error message which relates to an earlier Bug reported by someone else for windows xp. As it continues to pertain to Windows 7 & 8 I refiled that as well.
Best
Andrew

Yes, you reported that already here: #59878 - let's keep the discussion there and/or in the mailing list ok?
