Description
Problem:
After updating an extension the Backend is not available anymore caused an Exception from /typo3temp/Cache/Code/cach...
Example for reproduction:
Update in TYPO3 6.2.9 gridelements from 3.0.1 to 3.1.0
Solution:
Why not clearing all caches (incl. opcode) like in the install tool after updating an extension?
Seems not to be overkill like in #59966

I hope you interpreted #65066 so widespread that not only the opcode cache is cleared...
