[+BUGFIX] FLOW3 (Cache): Now throwing exception if setting of value in memcache fails, fixes #8074.
[~TASK] FLOW3 (Cache): When splitting large data for memcache the split now uses self::MAX_BUCKET_SIZE for reference.
