Description
When defining a processing instruction incorrectly like
foo << wrap('foo', 'bar')
you get the exception
#1182705997: Invalid processing instruction "wrap('foo', 'bar')"
This is misleading, because it makes you think the wrap is wrong, but it's the index missing in this case.

Outdated as hell seem to be even better fitting than "_old", no?
