CSH when editing a Content Element has wrong position

Description
If you edit a Content Element, there is this checkbox "Index".
The position of the CSH box should be better, because often it is not shown completely (see attached picture).
Problem is at least present with Firefox and 1024x768 pixels.
A solution would be to make it right-justified, so that it ends where the table ends.

Same problem for the CSH bubble next to the four big buttons in the Page Module.

This has been fixed with the new Ext JS help bubbles and with restructuring the Backend in TYPO3 4.5.
