Description
The help message displayed when hovering over the ? button in page tree frame is rendered partially outside of the frame. (maybe overlapped by the right frame)
Have a look at the attached screenshot.
Tested in FF 3.6.3

This issue is also present using IE8.

I cannot reproduce this anymore. It works correctly in FF and IE now.
So this obviously has been fixed by the changes to the skin in between.
