Description
While moving the cursor over the question mark icon above the page tree a tooltip is getting displayed which is not fully visible in current TYPO3 trunk.
Issue recognized with Google Chrome 5 and Firefox 3.6 both on Ubuntu.

I would if I knew how to solve this issue. Unfortunately I'm not that skilled regarding such frame stuff :-)

I'd remove the help icon. Is there so much to say about the tree? ;-)
Think this never worked, at least bug was already present in 4.3

Resolved as duplicate of #22142.
