Description
RTE doesn't work if it is opened by the "Edit in Rich Text Editor"-link. Javascript error message is 'TBE_EDITOR' not defined.
This bug occurs in Firefox and IE, tested with Firefox 3.0 (Linux + Win) & IE 6

Seems to be a duplicate of 0009497 and thus can be closed.
