[TASK] Refactor IRRE to meet new UI requirements

The UI of IRRE should be adapted to be to the new designs.
In this matter we need to adapt the Collapse/Expand
behaviour which is now build wih jQuery.

I suggest to always show the currently valid title of an image.
This means that if the editor specifies a title in the reference, this title will be shown.
If no title is specified, the title from the file is displayed.
