Description

Button toolbar is placed inline in Firefox instead of on top of a content element, when trying to edit the element.

The affected class is "btn-toolbar".

I think the only way to solve this efficiently is to add overlay divs instead of relying on the outline, since that only works in webkit based browsers AFAIK.

Could not be reproduced in Version 1.1.
