Workspace Preview does not toggle between Live and Workspace

Description
- Preview a workspace that has a change.
- Scroll to the element that has had the change on the workspace.
- Toggle between Live and Workspace, note there is no change.
This is a site upgraded from 4.5 LTS.
The site has several workspaces. The attached screenshots are from workspace id 3.

I have the same problem with TYPO3 6.2.4. In 6.2.0-beta something this used to work. I'm not sure why it doesn't work anymore...
To be precise, it does toggle, but the live version of the site shows the records not yet published if the backend user is logged in.

David, can you confirm that the live-preview shows elements that are not published yet - like Lorenz mentioned?

The fix in Bug #61699 has corrected this problem.
